I am an innovative leader, highly attuned to the big picture, still able to focus on the daily challenges of the ever-changing workplace--a master at customer service and program management. Support my customer/client achieve the desired outcome has always been part of my goal. One of my biggest motivators is seeing individuals and groups make significant progress toward their maximum potential. I support my clients in doing this and have been focusing on problem solving and goal attainment. As a former office manager I honed my skills in staff supervision, delegation, budgeting, conflict management and training. As a result I am also very attuned to the dynamics of creating positive interactions among staff members,I enjoy creating interactive thought-provoking workshops and trainings on leadership skills, branding, honoring diversity and working with LGBT individuals, among other topics. My audiences have included students, professional colleagues, civic organizations, and local, national and international professional organizationsI have had the pleasure of studying the faith traditions of the world through attending an Interfaith/Interspiritual Seminary program. Now, as an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual minister I am able to provide spiritual guidance and serve as a Celebrant. I look forward to opportunities to conduct weddings and other ceremonies. I have become somewhat of a wellness and fitness nerd having recently lost 60 pounds through a practice of cardio work, weight training, interval training and a modified diet. My free time is often occupied with my creative pursuits, which includes photography, and the exploration and integration of historical spiritual artifacts and practices into my artwork. I am especially called to the traditions of Hawaii. Contact me at fictum@mac.com if you are interested in discussing our shared interests. I would be delighted to hear from you.
