At a commercial level, we focus on educating our communities about recycling and waste recovery initiatives, while also demonstrating what’s possible in an all-inclusive commercial operation on a social level. White Box Enterprises (WBE), Civik and Youth Enterprises Australia (YEA) have joined forces to boost employment opportunities for young people facing barriers to work in Victoria.After 24 years of operation and a rigorous tender process, YEA is handing over the reins of the organisation to WBE and Civik, enabling them to fast track the expansion of Civik into Victoria, building on the success of its infrastructure services in Queensland. Proceeds from the wind-up of YEA’s labour solutions social enterprise will support the scaling of youth employment activities under the Civik banner.With this new chapter, we aim to create even more meaningful job opportunities and drive lasting impact.

In August 2021 when asking the same questions and comparing against the same benchmark we scored in the TOP 10% of the engagement index and TOP 25% of the alignment index. In partnership with the Board of Directors, I provide contemporary governance, leadership, and management of facilities.------------------------------------------------------------Some selected highlights of success include:ORGANISATIONAL CONSOLIDATION & REBRANDING✔ Merged multiple organisations and executive teams into 1 streamlined organisation to produce strong, effective, and efficient executive team that produced results throughout 1 governance structure.
