Served as lead director working closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to provide oversight and guidance on business operations while leading the multiple transactions to separate and sell its three divisions (Arriver Software to Qualcomm, Active Safety to Magna International, and Restraint Control Systems to American Industrial Partners).Among other roles, work included:- Leading sale processes, including transaction negotiation with counterparties and supervision of all third-party advisors - Oversight of the complex carveout of intertwined global business operations, including an ERP separation across multiple manufacturing facilities - Close collaboration with the management team on major operational issues as well as all aspects of carve-out and sale execution- Deep involvement in HR matters, including incentive compensation and executive separation agreements
