Assisted with all aspects of private sector strength and conditioning, including coaching and training athletes and gained a better understanding about the practical and theoretical side of training. Learned to write training programs and protocols, teach and perform various exercises, learned both run technique and change of direction drills, as well as other assigned tasks.
