The Delivery Lead role (DL) will take a pragmatic and collaborative approach to how we deliver underpinned by agile and continuous improvement principlesThe Delivery Lead (DL) role will oversee and guide Service team structured into multiple cross-functional squads. Acting as a scrum master, the DL’s responsibilities include ensuring that team follows the enterprise delivery framework, Agile ways of working and values.
