    Accounting Responsibilities: In this role I facilitate several tasks: payroll administration with the use of tpa and ERP system, calculate and submit 401K payments, sales invoicing using an ERP system (work with sales team to ensure correct price list is used), ensure customers remit payment to agreed upon terms – follow up with customers as necessary, maintain cash flow forecast, receive and record payments on cash flow forecast and ERP system, review and approve check runs, track perpetual inventory using Microsoft Access, assist with valuation of inventory, assist in calculating lower cost of market, maintain and report construction-in-process and tooling projects and evaluate them for proprietary - adjust each account when project is ready for capitalization/completed/or as needed, create/enter general journal entries, assist with analyzing month end data and completing financial reports, create and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, evaluate profit and loss reports and record cost of goods sold, serve as an advocate for internal and external financial audits, serve as a back-up for Accounts Payable clerk, and complete other duties as assigned.Human Resources Responsibilities:Serve as a contact in maintaining everyday processes of Human Resources, performance review tracking, ensure accuracy in regards to employee information within ERP system and employee personnel files, such as wage adjustments and status changes; participate and assist in coordination of employee orientation, facilitate training paperwork and track employee progression with a matrix, audit health care deductions, maintain voluntary life premiums, facilitate FMLA paper work, serve as a representative for our company to fund raising affiliates, track turnover rates and attendance, create flow charts and many other Human Resource overflow items.
