I co-founded Green Principals with two partners in Asturias, in the north of Spain. Green Principals' mission is to drive a positive impact on the world by empowering businesses to change and adopt sustainable practices. Soon our unique location will offer an authentic destination for corporate retreats, offsites and training in the beautiful green surroundings of the Picos De Europa mountains.

I ran Product Marketing at Spectrum Labs, the leader in AI for capturing healthy and toxic behaviors for online platforms. Worked on overall company narrative, sales enablement, GTM strategy, competitive analysis, content, stories and more.

o Owned the outbound strategy and GTM for 25 of Oracle’s customer service and contact center solutions suite, including (video) chat, messaging, chatbot, customer portals, knowledge management, agent desktop, workflow, automation, next-best action agent scripting, CTI, customer intelligence layer and more.o Crafted new vision and established the narrative for the global Oracle Service business, and verticalized that for key industries.o After getting senior executive’s support, I managed the global roll-out of this vision to 1000s of constituents in a very short timeframe.o My team successfully enabled the global sales teams, created a full BOM of content, briefed analysts and drove the marketing activities.o I also advised some of world’s largest businesses on digital-first strategy.

o Was tasked as senior product leader to build out the Oracle Service customer intelligence strategy from the ground up. This blending of the siloed worlds of customer service and marketing was a completely new territory for the business.o Rapidly established myself as an authority in the field of CDPs, MDM, Data and Integration, in addition to my customer service expertise. I articulated highly differentiated messaging for Oracle and rolled that out globally.o I also advised world’s largest businesses on data and customer intelligence strategy, provided crucial direction, market insights and prioritization for product development, built out demo stories, created differentiated thought leadership content, enabled the global teams, etc.o Today Customer Intelligence is a core tenet of Oracle Service’s messaging, differentiation, strategy and roadmap.

o I owned the GTM for the Contact Center solution of Oracle Service Cloud (50% of Oracle Service Cloud’s ARR), o Set strategy and led go-to-market, defined (competitive) positioning, represented Oracle Service at industry events, created thought-leadership content, orchestrated product launches and managed life cycles, built relationships with industry analysts, enabled global sales teams and partners, supported large deals, advised strategic customers, and more.

o As the senior product leader in the EMEA market represented product management for the Oracle Service Cloud suite of products across the ecosystem in the region.o Sales enablement, speaking at events, supporting key deals, SI relations, analyst relations, build lasting customer relationships.

o Joined Oracle and successfully launched Oracle’s NLP solution, one of the fastest growing products the following years.o Product strategy, sales and SI enablement, positioning, content, deal support, customer engagement.
