Provides leadership and management of all matters relative to the credit administration of the Banc. Ensures that all loan originations are of acceptable quality while meeting the Banc’s objectives for portfolio growth.• Reviews and approves credit requests with delegated approval authority.• Member of Management Loan Committee.• Oversees Portfolio Management team and their monitoring efforts related to Annual Loan Reviews (ALR) and Problem Loan Reviews (PLR) covenant compliance, credit deterioration, and general loan level monitoring.• Oversees and manages Special Assets including workouts, bankruptcy and OREO.• Manages litigation where the Banc is a named party to the claim.• Leads and prepares the ACL calculation & analysis; CRE Portfolio Stress Tests and Loan Concentrations reports. • Manages third-party portfolio reviews with regulators and auditors.• Recommends risk ratings changes, impairments, reserves, and charge offs.• Writes & maintains the Loan Department's policies & procedures.

Has responsibility for the management of all matters relative to the credit administration of the Banc. Under the direction of the Chief Credit Officer, assists in overseeing all loan management functions to maintain the safety and soundness of the Banc’s loan portfolio. Ensures that any asset origination is of acceptable quality while meeting the Banc’s objectives for portfolio growth. Serves as one of the senior officers that help oversee the lending department.
