An experienced consultant and program lead with 20 years of experience leading projects in learning, technology adoption and people engagement, including global initiatives.As a trainer, mentor, consultant, or in-house program manager, I help organizations improve their collaboration and engagement, learning, innovation, change adoption and customer acquisition and retention. I often build this on networked collaboration and learning models, traditionally associated with communities. These are based on bottom-up engagement, peer2peer dynamics, mutual commitment, autonomy, sense of belonging and shared identity and others.Besides this, I also help leverage the power of dedicated community programs. This involves their design and implementation, both in the internal and external context. I combine them with business and strategic perspectives ensuring alignment with impact on organizational goals. I build on 13 years of experience as global program manager at Google, but just as much on my consulting and training practice with organizations of various sizes and industries. My journey through the fields of training and education, IT, P&C, and sociology gave me a unique toolkit for complex problem solving in cross-domain areas. My active engagement with educational and social impact organizations further deepened my understanding of the interplay between technology and societal impact.I also bring high levels of creativity and the "make the impossible possible" attitude into anything I do, by initiating innovations, coming up with creative solutions to tough problems, or launching new things. In my spare time, I channel these creative energies through my internationally recognized fine art photography.
