I hold a Master's degree in Flight Test and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. With my educational background, I have developed a deep understanding of aircraft design, systems, and testing.My main background is technical, I have 7 years of experience as a Flight Tests Analyst and Flight Test Specialist Engineer, I have contributed to several successful aircraft projects, such as the A400M, by providing technical and management support for aerial delivery or aircraft performance flight tests. My responsibilities included preparing and coordinating flight tests, analyzing results, and developing systems. My experience in flight tests has allowed me to develop a practical and operational view, which has been instrumental in my current role.I also played a role during 5 years as a Customer Service General Systems Engineer for Airbus, I provided support to all military fleets globally. As a member of the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) group, I was also responsible for resolving issues that may arise with aircraft systems and ensuring the safe operation of aircraft. Additionally, I am a member of the Toastmasters Club, where I hone my public speaking skills, and I run two innovation projects in my company.In my current position I foster an innovation culture, searching for innovative ideas for making business within my company, but keeping an eye on etxernal talent and ideas outside my company.I participate in european an national projects and also coach on engineering business to startup ecosystems.My extreme curiosity, positive, responsive, social, and energetic nature has allowed me to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. I empower creativity and team playing in my teams, and I am always eager to learn and improve. I love travelling alone and practice all kinds of sports,My goal is to continue learning, participate in exciting projects, and have fun at work. I have a keen interest in space systems, a field that excites me, and I am constantly striving to improve my knowledge in this area. Through reading, studying, and keeping up-to-date with the state of the art, I am continuously learning and growing in my field.
