1. Develop, draft, and implement policies in the housing projects; 2. Monitor and respond to incident reports from the housing sites, and coordinate with other concerned departments as needed; 3. Coordinate with third party companies servicing the housing projects, such as Maynilad, Globe, Converge, and Meralco; 7. Oversee monthly water meter reading of all vertical housing projects, and monitor the bills of the residents and the common areas; 8. Prepare monthly payment vouchers for the residents’ water bills, and endorse them to and monitor their progress in concerned offices, such as the Office of the City Accountant, Office of the Secretary to the Mayor, City Treasurer’s Office, and facilitate their release to Maynilad; 9. Disseminate information on housing project issues (e.g. award cancellation, and requests to reduce mandatory contributions on justifiable grounds) to members of the City Housing Investment Committee (CHIC), and draft resolutions as approved by the committee; 10. Facilitate in the preparation and distribution of cancellation letters to delinquent housing awardees; and 11. Facilitate the eviction of delinquent housing awardees in coordination with various offices such as the barangay and PNP-MPD.
