• Responsible for all restaurant operations including the hiring and training of front of house staff and the event management and organisations of private functions; managed all financial aspects of the restaurant including payroll, cost analysis, supplier management and financial planning which resulted in a 22% increase in net profit; whilst raising the wages of employees a minimum 25% above national minimum wage.• A Bath Good Food Award winner, over 90% of customers reviewed the Ring O Bells as being either ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ which ensured a position within the top 20 of all restaurants in Bath (circa. 420 restaurants) throughout tenure reaching a high of 4th.

• Played a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction and consequent re-branding of Bray Leino Learning; introduced and developed a marketing strategy encompassing webinars and a range of social media tools designed to demonstrate expertise in growth markets building a community of C-Level executives within targeted organisations.• Purchased and led implementation of a ‘Virtual Learning Platform’ allowing new and existing clients to build learning environments and enabling employees to design learning paths tailored to their preferred learning style• Maintained partner/distribution network with system integrators including HP and SCC; expanding the reach of Bray Leino Learning. Defined sales strategy, identifying key market sectors and profiled potential clients with ‘best fit’ to e-learning solutions. Strategy led to a new business pipeline developed in excess of £250k within 6 months.

• Adapted existing sales strategy to focus on raising exposure to corporate markets within the Wiltshire region and establishing partner network with Further Education colleges, NVQ and Employability Skills providers to widen reach of offering• Established and maintained relationships with the largest employers in Wiltshire including Great Western Hospital, Honda, DHL and The National Trust; managing individual projects up to the value of £150k involving upwards of 18 tutors across locations both in the South-West and nationwide

• As Account Lead, responsibility was to build and nurture relationships with L&D stakeholders within QA’s strategic client based. Promoting portfolio and providing innovative training solutions designed to meet specific needs of the client.• Key achievements include managing relationship with two multi-national clients with a combined annual target of £1.2 million per annum, including £350k of new business. Increasing revenue of account list comprising SME’s from £70k per annum to over £500k per annum and exceeding annual targets in all four years; responsible for achieving over £3.5 million in revenue during that period.
