As part of the Amberjack family of services, we have developed the industry’s leading ATS (Applicant Tracking System) / Talent Management system.The Award winning Ambertrack enterprise recruitment platform has been designed using Amberjack's comprehensive operational experience and in-depth understanding of delivering high volume recruitment campaigns for our clients.Responsible for analysing the recruitment needs of both internal and external clients, gathering and translating these needs into specification documentation which in turn is used by the configuration/Development teams to configure, maintain and develop the Ambertrack ATS platforms. Responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Ambertrack ATS platform for both new and existing clients and seen as a platform expert within the business, with involvement in pre-sales activities, user training and end user support. Involved with clients across the Amberjack client portfolio, including BP for which the Ambertrack platform won the Potential Park - APOLLO (Applying Online and Loving It) award 2012 as well as Barclays, Tata Steel, BT, GSK, Unilever and many more.Responsibilities also include: - Supporting Business Analysts within the BA Team. - Releasing ATS software and updates across our server infrastructure.- Providing technical pre-sales support to the Business Development Team. - Maintenance/Support for ATS legacy platforms.- Providing out of hours technical support for the Amberjack client family.

Joining GradWeb directly from university in 2006 as a systems developer, I joined a team of 5 developers focused on the roll out the GradWeb ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform for new clients, whilst also developing feature enhancements and providing maintenance/support for existing client platforms, utilising skills in SQL, Classic ASP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.Having involvement in all phases of the development life cycle, I would also liaise with internal and external clients to gather requirements and produce specification documentation. During my time as a Systems Developer I worked with clients across the GradWeb client portfolio including BP, Corus, Severn Trent Water, E.on, Scottish and Newcastle, Network Rail to name but a few. My role also included Technical Account Management duties across the Corus and Severn Trent Water platforms.
