Soko Group was a boutique technology and marketing consultancy. We deliver solutions across a variety of industries at the intersection of Marketing and Technology.As the Co-Founder and Technical Director, I am responsible for the overarching strategy and operations of the business. I am involved across the project lifecycle from initial consultation through to project launch and ongoing support.During client projects I am responsible for project management, developing lead and nurture strategies, and the selection and delivery of appropriate technologies to meet the organisation’s sales and marketing needs. We have implemented a mix of technology including:• Salesforce and Hubspot – To update organisations CRMs and set up sales and marketing process automation for efficiency.• WordPress and Webflow – Creation of businesses main sites and micro/project sites.• React/React Native/Firebase – Concept design, usability testing and development of an Application for NDIS participants.

Responsible for digital initiatives globally, including customer-orientated systems such as corporate websites, CRM, and marketing automation tools.The responsibilities of this role were diverse, spanning strategy development, team leadership, stakeholder management, project delivery, training, system configuration and business as usual. During my time in this role, I was humbled to be voted by both peers and executive as the 2019 recipient of Cromwell’s People First award.Some key projects I ran during this time:• Global CRM – Roll-out of a Global CRM (Salesforce) to replace several siloed CRM systems and assist with customer relationships and GDPR.• Implementation of a Marketing Automation Suite to enable communication with company stakeholders. Integrated with the Salesforce CRM and set up with automation to meet global privacy (GDPR) and efficiency requirements.• Global roll-out of these systems - Running in-person training across Australia, Singapore, London and Amsterdam.• Recruitment, Management and Coaching in a high performing team (winning Cromwell’s team of the year in 2018).• Digitisation of Cromwell’s monthly Insight Magazine, morphing it from a physical magazine to an omnichannel approach.• Running Internal innovation workshops to improve customer and employee experience.

As Digital Lead, I was responsible for Cromwell's digital initiatives globally, including the implementation and maintenance of systems such as the Websites, CRM, marketing automation tools, Intranet and PR tools. The responsibilities within the role were diverse, spanning strategy, stakeholder management, project delivery, training, and business as usual.Some key projects during my tenure include:• Launch of Cromwell's global brand (23 websites across 12 languages)• Roll out of Technology for Tenant Engagement programmes• Member of the IPO Team for the successful SGX-listing of Cromwell European REIT (SGX:CNNU)• Global "We are Cromwell" Video film (15 countries, 125 people filmed)• Marketing and Communications for the new retail, office and hotel precinct at Northpoint North Sydney.

Responsible for driving the growth and ongoing operations of the Learning Management System (LMS) which was becoming the core of the GO1 group. During this time I worked with numerous organisations including NAB and St Johns Ambulance.

With the companies growth, I was appointed Agency Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and reporting to the company directors. During this time the team delivered hundreds of projects for SMBs and larger organisations such as Bank of Queensland, Jetts Gyms and Queensland Government.I was directly responsible for:• General business management including monitoring of overall company P&L• Project Management - managing both internal and external stakeholders on multiple concurrent projects• Management and execution of Sales and Marketing Strategies• Management and execution of the Customer Service team• Working with the Production Manager and team to ensure timely and professional delivery of the LMS platform to clients• Leading the Development team at the studio

Joined as the first full-time Developer and worked with the company founders on the successful delivery and ongoing management of a large portfolio of websites.
