Leading a talented team of backend engineers to build robust infrastructure for ProActive monitoring system to support and monitor our whole IoT fleet devices. My responsibilities encompass:1. Establishing a productive and collaborative team culture by hiring, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.2. Dictating the team's vision and strategy, playing an active role in the design and implementation of our infrastructural systems.3. Driving the development of a scalable software upgrades distributed system using Microservices Architecture on top of infra solutions such as RabbitMQ & Horizontal Sharding MySql databases layers to remotely manage updates for our whole IoT fleet devices. This incorporates execution, monitoring, filtering, and result analysis using AWS big data solutions.4. Leading the transition from traditional on-premises deployment to Kubernetes, orchestrating the creation of first-rate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, and implementing and integrating Kubernetes Helm charts. Our setup ensures unit testing, linting, integration tests, and zero-downtime deployment of our microservices.I also collaborate closely with project management and leadership to identify and implement data-driven initiatives that substantially benefit our customers.
