-Managing key channel accounts for Hytera across England, Scotland and Wales. -Keeping in contact with the channel partners at all levels (sales, marketing, engineering, service, management, etc.) to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest products, solutions and services from Hytera. -Oversaw significant increase in account turnover in my time at Hytera UK. -Assisted my channel accounts with several "Hytera UK firsts" including the first XPT system installed in the UK, the first multi-site XPT system installed in the UK and the first multisite DMR Tier III system installed in the UK. -Initiated several significant channel marketing and event initiatives. Also oversaw the content on Hytera UK's social media channels for over 2 years.

My role as Sales Account Manager included, amongst other things:-Technical advice, consultation and quotation through to order on a variety of communication solutions.-Managing of existing and new client accounts in the UK and overseas.-Marketing and business development.My area of the Cyfas business focused on onsite communications for hospitals, healthcare establishments, schools, colleges, universities, power stations, hotels, restaurants, spas, offices, factories and more. The solution range included:-Paging-Handheld radio (PMR/DMR)-Nurse call-Induction loops-Staff safety/lone worker-Call systems-DECT (cordlessly telephony)

My role as a Sales Office Administrator included a variety of duties such as:-Being the first point of contact to Cyfas' new and existing paging, nurse call and staff safety customers. -Providing quotations and recommendations to existing clients from the public and private sectors. These included County Councils, NHS Trusts, large hotels, Immigration Detention Centres, Prisons, etc.-Dealing with sales and technical enquiries from both the UK and overseas.-Using the Sage accounting system to input sales orders, new customers, raise delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders. -Cold calling (telephone, visits, emails, etc) in order bring in new business.-Designing and carrying out mail shot and marketing campaigns for various areas of the Cyfas business.-Overseeing the paging repairs side of Cyfas' business. -Chasing invoiced payments on behalf of accounts.

Assisting the Acoustic Consultants on test sites by operating equipment and assisting with readings where appropriate. Temporary job.

Making telephone/email enquiries to keep Beka's customer database of about 6,000 customers up-to-date. I also worked in production (putting together intrinsically safe sounders/monitors), goods out/in and Admin including being first point of contact to Beka's wide range of customers from inside and outside of the UK.
