Responsibilities:- Responsible for the Comfort Product Area - incl. 52 reports (specialists and managers)- Full P&L responsibility- Business Unit Manager - Competence Centre- Project Sales and Business Development in Lindab Comfort- Comfort R&D - product development and product optimization- IT Solutions - responsible for Lindab's IT tools (DIMcomfort, DIMsilencer, CADvent, LindQST)- Marketing responsible- Production responsible- Product Management - Member of the Ventilation Management Team in the Lindab Group

- 10 people in direct report - Manager of international sales and KAM - Manager of the product range within Comfort division- People management in the division - Business development- Management of the product pipeline - from idea generation to external launch, and tracking/follow-up- Management of Marketing - General channel- and pipeline management

- Chartering and sales of drilling rigs and floating production units - Evaluation and development of acquisition opportunities in the global market place- Evaluation and development of various opportunities i.e. pooling, joint-ventures etc. - Responsible for contracting agents, partners and advisers in the market place- Presentation of papers at conferences and exhibitions
