In my relentless pursuit of understanding how our economy, politics, society, and culture will shape the future, I've always been driven by a singular vision: to create a future that's not just livable, but extraordinarily enriching for all. This journey isn't just about innovative ideas; it's about reinventing the way we engage with media and the world around us.At the age of 15, before the term 'startup' became a buzzword, I embarked on my first entrepreneurial venture. My friends and I, ardent cinema enthusiasts, were searching for a platform to share our thoughts on films. This quest led to the birth of a digital platform, which, to our surprise, gained rapid traction. It drew us away from the routine of school, leading us to after-school encounters with Hollywood icons for interviews, a stark contrast to our regular educational routine. This initial venture was a prelude to a series of media projects that I undertook. Parallelly, I began guiding companies in strategizing their futures. I quickly realized that the true challenges lay not in the realms of innovation, technology, or digitization, but within the core of corporate culture – how people interact with each other and with their customers. Today, I continue to work closely with leading DAX or MDAX companies and dynamic startups, focusing on laying a robust foundation for their future. One critical insight I've gained is the paramount importance of knowledge transfer on future-centric topics. In a world that grows more complex by the day, understanding and navigating through the impending changes in technology, society, politics, and culture is essential. To address this, I founded 48forward in 2015. It's a platform of diverse media and event formats aimed at demystifying complex issues, making them easily accessible and understandable. With 48forward Studios, we've taken this vision further. We offer our experience and resources to an array of clients, assisting in the conception, production, and dissemination of pioneering video, live event, and podcast formats. It's not just about creating media; it's about crafting experiences that inspire and ignite a spark of innovation in every individual.
