- Responsible for the technical background of new and running projects - Possessing with detailed knowledge of the Hungarian railway rolling stocks and its components- Participation and leadership in the assessment process, preparation, implementation of all the works applied and won within the framework of public procurements - tenders - from Public Transport Company of Budapest (BKV), from the Hungarian State Railways (MÁV Group) or other Hungarian railway operators - Involvement in financial strategy, as well as getting significant role in business development- Managing the team of engineers, sales and tender specialists- Building new relationships and cooperation with foreign and local companies, partners, suppliers and with the customers on various levels- Close collaboration with Western and CEE companies - Developed a significant network of personal contacts in Hungarian and CEE markets- Management of internal manufacturing, planning, developing and repairing processes

- In the main focus is to enter the market of Hungarian State Railways Group spare part supply (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing)- Business development, building new relationships- Collection deep knowledge and detailed technical background of the rolling stock operated by the Hungarian state owned railway companies- Benchmarking competitors and partners - Development of the company's production, service and engineering background - Managing export-import activities

- Started working at MOVILL in parallel with university studies- Controlled and checked the design, manufacturing, logistics and implementation processes during the project- Worked in a team on the development of an electronic passenger information system for the Public Transport Company of Budapest (BKV) and Centre for Budapest Transport (BKK)- Participated in the design of necessary components - cooperating with other companies- Designing in 3D CAD (Solid Edge) software
