• Test and evaluate gaming equipment and gaming software to ensure it complies with technical requirements of national and international standards.• Understand 3rd party software and various technical requirements to ensure compliance.• Maintain contacts with customers across Australia, Asia, and the Pacific Islands, and with GLI’s parent company in the USA

• Batch processing and backups of the lotteries system.• Resolution of Agent queries via phone, recording calls and issuing tickets. These calls would include requests for SA Lotteries products and game information, assessing terminal faults/malfunctions and communication issues in a helpdesk environment.• Ensure prompt, efficient repair/replacement of malfunctioning mainframe computer equipment by identifying the fault, logging fault reports and liaising with contract engineering personnel.• Assigning technicians to jobs unable to be resolved over the phone.• Reporting faults to Telstra IP solutions for communication issues to any outlets.• Performing software updates and file conversions using established procedures.• Nightly lotto draws processing.

• Creating test cases based on functional requirements using HP Quality Centre and executing test procedures. • Recording of defects for rectification by SA Lotteries’ developers (GTECH).• Software defect investigation, confirmation and regression testing on Mobile and web platforms• Focused on Black-box, User Acceptance Testing and Static testing by reviewing documents to ensure the correct requirements were stated.• Provide analytical assistance to In house and external developers in regards to software changes.
