As a part of the Customer Success Strategy Architecture (CSSA) team, I built functioning APIs in Anypoint Studio on a Metrics Accelerator project that helped customers identify how efficiently they were using our platform through API consumption and various Tableau/Splunk dashboards.I had the opportunity to reach a much broader audience by creating MuleSoft branded technical content in a “Friends of Max” instructional video expanding developers, customers, and team members' knowledge of the vast capabilities of Connected Apps in Anypoint Platform.Throughout my experience, I worked towards successfully passing the MuleSoft Developer Certification (Mule 4) - requiring knowledge and skills to design, build, test, debug, deploy, and manage APIs and integrations moving between Anypoint Platform & Studio.

As a part of the Business Performance Team in TechOps, I developed a Visual Studio application modernization that provided the engine maintenance shop with the data and statistical analysis tools they needed to accurately set goals and strive to eliminate inefficiencies day-to-day.Throughout my experience, I assisted in the department-wide data migration from a rack-space server not sanctioned by IT into a new SQL server inside IT’s firewall.My main deliverables were metric dashboards in Tableau for the use of monthly TechOps Executive meetings which I sat in on and co-lead by running through over 150+ dashboards.
