Project Manager
Current• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. • Provide planning, guidance, due diligence report and proformas• Evaluate and examine documents such as reports, studies and By-Law - plans pertaining to land development application and governing authorities’ procedures• Liaison with team members, engineers, subcontractors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders• Provide daily directions to consultants and contractors• Manage pre-construction stage: planning and coordination, procurement, estimating, scheduling, constructability, technical drawings reviews and permitting• Establish, monitor and control progress, costs and budgets throughout the project ensuring project profitability• Oversee quality and productivity performance to ensure standards and specifications are met• Oversee the construction process and schedule payments, ensuring project requirements
