As Digital Adoption Lead for Barclays Corporate, I lead a team responsible for driving adoption of Barclays key digital products & channels. Our key products include Barclays Online Banking and Mobile Banking for Business customers, and Barclays.Net and iPortal for Corporate customers. We work with a number of teams and stakeholders across Barclays to co-ordinate our digital adoption strategy. Through colleague and client education, process and product enhancements, policy change and targeted campaigns, I have materially increased adoption of these digital products & channels. As a result I have delivered significant commercial benefit for Barclays, reducing costs and improving customer experience. Key dials moved are increased log ins, activity and use of online features such as online statements; and a reduction in manual call and email volumes, as well as paper and postage costs. Additionally, I am responsible for operational management of the Corporate Global Servicing Team, who support our European and North American clients in their local language, delivering a highly reputed service and maintaining strong relationships with our Corporate clients. I am passionate about delivering world-class customer experience and commercial benefit through cost reduction and revenue generation.
