Investment Analyst - Infrastructure.• Supervise the Oil, Gas, and Mining global investment portfolio of approximately US$350 million mainly comprised of equity and semi-equity investments through quarterly reports, valuations models, support activities (waivers, disbursements, amendments), and discussions with company management and IFC credit department. • Evaluate potential debt and equity investment opportunities in the mining industry across the world;• Active involvement in all aspects of potential financings including transaction due diligence, valuation and credit analysis, investment recommendations, structuring and preparation of legal documents through the investment cycle;• Support potential debt and equity investment opportunities in different infrastructure industries across the Latin American and the Caribbean Region;• Supervise the infrastructure investment portfolio in the Latin American Region.
