Bar Shiru is the Bay Area’s first hi-fi vinyl listening bar and one of the first in the U.S. Established in 2019 in Oakland, CA.

As part of the Custom and Original Content team, I develop, produce, direct and provide creative direction for all of Pandora's custom and original content. I have produced and directed numerous spots with music stars such as Nicki Minaj, LL Cool J, Death Cab for Cutie and Kelly Clarkson and worked with both emerging and established independent artists like Bon Iver, Cut Copy and The Naked and Famous. In addition to working with world-renowned artists, I've had the opportunity to develop and create campaigns for some of the biggest companies in the world, including Toyota, State Farm, Sonos, StubHub, Chrysler, Ford, Anheuser-Busch, Jack Daniels and many others. Working with these enormous brands and their agencies continues to be an incredibly valuable experience in developing and successfully executing high-level advertising campaigns.Recent highlights include developing, directing and launching "Pandora Whiteboard Sessions" a series of intimate, acoustic live music performances by emerging artists, developing and producing Toyota Sessions, a year-long series of exclusive studio performances delivered via a brand new custom content platform, a campaign for Pepsi and The Grammys that profiled the 5 Best New Artist nominees (2012) through a series of intimate short-form documentaries , and the development and production of 3 consecutive years of Pandora's presence at South by Southwest.

At Current, an international cable network launched by Al Gore in 2005, I worked in collaboration with many different departments. I produced and edited content for our original productions units, I worked in the creative services department creating reels and other tools for use by the Executive staff, Marketing and Ad Sales teams, and, I developed, wrote and produced on-air promo spots for the network and its roster of programs.
