Taking over the role of President at Gallery is an honor and a significant challenge that I have been working for since I graduated college. In this role, I will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company as we continue to evolve our product, service model and technology to meet the needs of our clients, high-tech venues and consumer demands. Our family, just as they have for the last 30+years, continues to invest in our employees and the company firm to continue to position us as the market leader and innovator.

As COO for Carts of Colorado, my role is to ensure that each and every project is delivered on-time and meets the quality standards our clients expect and to which we hold ourselves accountable. In this capacity, I manage our design & engineering, production, service support and installation teams. My goal, from the first day, was to thoroughly develop an understanding of each step in the process, the critical drivers to success and how our products support our customers’ businesses. To accomplish that task, I have worked alongside each of these teams over the last year and half to gain critical knowledge as well as to develop strategies on how we can leverage technology to more efficiently and effectively manage each step in the process.

Dan Gallery is a Managing Director of Sales at Allonhill. In this role, he leads the company’s sales strategy, planning and processes, and manages the sales team. Dan is an expert in loan repurchase and has over 11 years of experience in the due diligence and credit risk management industries. Prior to joining Allonhill, Dan worked at Clayton Fixed Income Services in several positions including Director of Product Development and Senior Operations Manager of File Reviews. He started his career at The Murrayhill Company, creating and implementing an internet-based credit risk management system. Since joining Allonhill, Dan has been instrumental in establishing operational processes and implementing the Company’s sales strategy.

This included creating proposals, pricing, and staffing to meet new client’s needs. • Developed, integrated, and maintained a process allowing for seamless communication across Clayton’s three business units: Due Diligence, Surveillance, and Central Underwriting• Hired and trained 70+ staff members, recruited 40 underwriters, 15 quality assurance representatives, five real estate paralegals, six leads, three business analysts, and two department managers in the first three months of 2007.

• Managed team of seven operations analyst and over 45 subprime residential mortgage securities for top revenue producing client • Actively participated in all interviewing and hiring decisions for my team and department• Contributed significantly in creating, testing, and implementing a new internet based credit risk management system which was a major technology transformation and led to the company winning the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 in 2004

• Monitored an average of seven to 10 subprime securities that comprised over seven loan servicers, two master servicers and trustees• Added over $4.2 million in value to a key client relationship during tenure as an operations analyst• Played critical role in correcting a leading subprime servicer’s mortgage insurance boarding process. Also implemented an internal mortgage insurance reconciliation process that is still used today
