CurrentCollaborating with Executives and Leaders of the Enterprise to achieve organizational objectives. Manage the Annual Capital Plan (AOP) $600MM. Partnering with many functional areas (Accounting, Finance, Engineering, EHS, QA, IT, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure AFE (authorization for expenditures) are in compliance with internal requirements and agreements are in place with suppliers: including bid analysis, and negotiating NDA, T&C, and warranties. Responsible for Capita procurement on assigned projects, including sourcing, P2P, breach of contracts, seek resolution, even up to collecting damages. As a Purchaser - Facilitate Project Accounting for capital purchases and provide training to project managers on creating and submitting project requisitions, creating purchase orders, and closing projects for the creation of fixed assets. Implemented Oracle Fusion Sourcing and conducted RFx (RFI, RFQ, RFP, RFB) adding significant savings to the organization and building stronger alliances with vendors. I am a key member of the system upgrade and system conversion to Oracle Cloud, and an active key member of business initiative: (1) To streamline the Capital process, and (2) To Implement a New Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Expert user of Oracle Projects and Procurement involved in design, development, and implementation into production (CRP1, CRP2, UAT, PROD).
