Account/Relationship Manager for the Behavioral AnalyticsTM solution for the financial sector representing annual managed revenue of over $3,000,000.-Partnered with clients to ensure that technical solutions supported business needs.-Managed account acitvities, including contract execution, subscription margin realization and fee negotiation while acting as primary contact for clients.-Partnered with Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Testing departments on the cross-sell process and associated project work.-Produced "Requests for Information" (RFI), "Statements of Work" (SOW), and "Change Requests" (CR), determining project scope and managing client expectatons.-Buit and grew customer relationships.
