Lead, motivate, and coach a professional team of analysts. Serve as thought partner / knowledge specialist contributor to client engagement teams by providing insights in problem solving and synthesizing deliverable results. Develop cell’s knowledge base:- Coordinate daily work flow and assignments; identify appropriate resources to accomplish tasks based on team member skill levels and development opportunities / needs.- Serve as a team resource, monitor quality of team responses, coach team members on sources, analysis, and end products- Ensure that sources and vendor relationships are effectively managed- Coordinate professional development processes for team (recruiting, training, evaluation)- Identify gaps and lead initiatives to improve unit performance- Serve clients either as a full team member on a specialized work stream or as a subject matter expert contributing to the problem solving in the Financial Institutions Industry.- Independently create case studies, competitor profiles, and other reusable knowledge products.- Help shape cell’s knowledge agenda, and contribute substantively to the development of new knowledge, capabilities, or service lines.- Participate in internal dissemination and external reputation building.- Coach/mentor junior colleagues\Contribute to/drive cell-level initiatives.
