I am a BA Human Resource Management graduate who is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in the same field at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have proven to be dependable and responsible due to my drive to develop my strengths. An example of this is my ability to organise and manage my time, which I have illustrated through coordinating a part-time job and a placement in Human Resources at a local council alongside my degree. Further to this, my previous work and volunteering experience in the youth and hospitality sector has improved skills in active listening, observing, and budgeting. I hope to undergo a graduate placement and make links to my learning to develop technical skills and experience required for a successful career in HR.
