I have over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit roles, serving companies in the technology industry.I also served as the finance lead with the Corporate Development team for acquisition and integration activities, ensuring smooth and successful transactions that align with NI's strategic goals and values. In my previous roles, I led the internal audit organization of NI, which included frequent interactions with board members and executive management, and managed a wide range of audit engagements for clients ranging from pre-IPO startups to $60 billion companies. I have a strong background in technical accounting, having assisted companies in implementing and interpreting accounting pronouncements, resolving complex accounting and auditing issues, and streamlining processes. I am a Certified Public Accountant and hold a Master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
