It grew revenue by 6X, accreted profit much faster than plan, maintained its rate of innovation with 3 key releases, fully integrated into IBM back office systems, and retained 100% of its top talent. In that same period, it exceeded its financial business case by 240%, met 95% of its 2 year integration objectives, tripled its customer base, more than doubled its workforce, and became the second best acquisition comparable on quantifiable metrics in the division's history. By its 1 year anniversary, it moved headquarters and met 100% of the integration objectives, which was 6 months ahead of schedule. Since then the acquisition is on track to grow its revenue by more than 10X its pre-acquisition revenue before it's 2 year anniversary and play a vital role in our Big Data and Enterprise Content Management future. -
