In my role as DC Partner Manager, I'm tasked with nurturing and fine-tuning our relationships with data centre co-location partners. I serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications, escalations and issue resolution.My focus is on ensuring our infrastructure operates seamlessly and aligns effectively with our partners' services and actively engaging in building, optimizing and strengthening these partnerships.

• Understand customer's requirements and translate requirements into bespoke technical designs • Assess, investigate and provide conclusions on suitability for all non-standard products and services for sales• Create, update, and propose new marketing and technical documentation material for the website, presentations, event activities and proposals. Translate material for our Latin American market.• Act as the primary liaison between operational and technical C8 teams and customer peer teams• Assist the sales team in understanding or presenting and proposing technical Continent 8 services to customers and opportunities • Understand and demonstrate C8 products and services, identifying unique differentiators and effectively communicating this to customers and stakeholders.• Stay informed on technical innovations, new products and services which may be of interest to Continent 8 and our customers

Skilled Help Desk Technician with experience on providing PC and Client/Server tech support for small to medium sized businesses. Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with hardware maintenance, installations and upgrades. Provide technical support for users and ensure proper maintenance of workstations, printers and peripherals. Respond to user requests to expediently resolve trouble tickets to maximize system uptime. Deploy new workstations, installing operating systems, applications, and drivers and configuring network properties.
