- Spearhead revenue growth strategies while maintaining balance of P&L, ensuring financial stability and profitability for the division.
- Direct and manage the training team, responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting brokers to enhance performance, sales effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and manage job boards to ensure the continued growth and development of Allstate Health Solutions agencies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase market penetration, boost sales, and grow the company’s footprint in competitive insurance markets.
