Sr. Director Of Sales Operations
Current• Manage carrier relations to ensure optimal terms and services for Allstate Health Solutions. Work closely with carriers to secure comprehensive product offerings, and seamless policy administration. Act as the primary point of contact for all carrier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of disputes, smooth communication, and alignment between the company’s objectives and the carriers’ capabilities. Proactively identify new carrier partnerships to enhance the product portfolio and expand market offerings.• Lead a team of 1099 sales agents (approx. 7,000 agents) across various insurance lines, including ACA Insurance, Private Health Insurance, Group Insurance, Medicare, and Life Insurance, driving significant revenue growth.• Spearhead revenue growth strategies while maintaining balance of P&L, ensuring financial stability and profitability for the division.• Direct and manage the training team, responsible for onboarding, educating, and supporting brokers to enhance performance, sales effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.• Oversee recruitment efforts and manage job boards to ensure the continued growth and development of Allstate Health Solutions agencies.• Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase market penetration, boost sales, and grow the company’s footprint in competitive insurance markets.
