I was employed by LA Fitness as the General Manager of a 3,000 member health and fitness clubThe role required me to look after all aspects of running a private sector health club, I really enjoyed the challenge of directly managing 40 employees with varied job roles from a fitness manager to cleaning supervisorWithin this time I achieved 11 out of 12.

Over the six years I worked for 3d Leisure my development was carefully planned by the management team. Starting off as a part time fitness instructor while at college, I moved from Scotch Corner, North Yorkshire to Thistle Hotel, London Quality Living Cardiff and back to London to manage 2 sites in St Albans and Central London.The time spent with 3d.
