At rhg we have a really good personable team of people who bounce of each other to find solutions to our clients needs and engage with the insurers to find the best products in terms of cover and pricing. Our office has a good atmosphere and is a great place to work.I started in the Commercial Manger role in 2010 and found the transition from fellow colleague/team member to Manager a challenge which was massively helped by the teams approach towards me and vice versa. In addition to my role as Manager I am the Senior Account Adviser to our Chairman and Director and regularly visit clients to carry out pre-renewal/renewal reviews as well as attending surveys and claims meetings. I enjoy this part of the job because it allows me to meet the people I talk to and understand the risks we write by seeing them first hand.
