I am a natural leader and an EOS Integrator who enjoys working with Founders & Visionaries to accelerate the growth of private businesses and put in place the leadership team for the future. I also offer advisory and coaching services to founders looking to step up or out of their business - based on over a decade of experience working with founders.I am a global citizen, with experience in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific, and a knack for building and leading teams with a great culture, a learning-mindset, embracing change and growth. Business-As-Usual is not for me.My passion over the last decade has been to help founders chart a path for their business without them in it. I recognise the emotional journey that founders go through after many hard years of building a business, and I help them work through the challenges to leave a legacy that is not dependent on working 60+ hours a week until the end of time! Who am I?I grew up on the small island of Malta and emigrated to the UK at 15. I have been a ‘foreigner’ and an immigrant in the UK, Italy and NZ my whole adult life! I have high EQ and can engage with diverse teams. I am the son of a travel agent and have been exposed to cultures and languages from a very young age – reading through the many travel brochures that we collected across the world and then getting to travel with my father as I got older. I particularly love Italy – the emotional language, the culture, the pride, the history, the art, and the food!I spent my early adult years at Cambridge University, where I was besotted by the architecture, the yearning for knowledge, the outdoor life on the river, and growing up with other young people striving to learn and be the best in everything we did. I made some great friends, had many memorable experiences, and in the last year, met a remarkable woman who would eventually succumb and become my wife! We have 3 wonderful and unique daughters and my family is the anchor of my world.
