While working with the Global Strategy Development and Operations team within Services at Cisco, I was staffed on 4 cross-functional projects ranging from costing system improvements, to data analytics for internal change management initiatives to the construction an AI analytics platform, On these projects I learned to work diligently as an individual and member of team. I further developed my ability to think critically and quickly through both agile and waterfall project methodologies by engaging in rigorous requirements gathering both internally at Cisco and externally with project stakeholders.

Santa Clara, California

While working in IT for Santa Clara University, I was tasked with providing first-tier and second-tier troubleshooting for over 5,000 undergraduate students to enable them to access Santa Clara network while also repairing and/or advising students on how to fix problems with their devices. While on the clock, I maintained and supervised a network floor of over 75 devices ranging from software support to minor hardware replacement. The job required thorough communication to coordinate rapid responses, and appropriate solutions, for users through communication within a ticketing system utilized by the information technology team.

Houston, Texas Area

June 2012, June 2013, & June 2014Over the course of 3 camps I have been tasked with developing and implementing the camp's curriculum for the 120+ students that have come through the camp. The curriculum sought to develop basic to intermediate skills in debate strategies, case writing, evidence collecting, and philosophy. I created supplemental learning materials for both the staff and students to provide for the most effective learning environment for everyone involved. This entailed the creation of Power Point Presentations, Handouts, Lecture notes for use by the staff and campers to expand the learning experience of the campers. In the day to day operations of the camp, I was responsible for lecturing on various topics from basic international theory and philosophy and leading small group work (8-12 students). The small groups focused on the individual needs of each student in an attempt to expand upon their talents and develop their weaknesses.
