As a Technical Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the technical solution for a Phase A project of a 12U CubeSat

Systems engineering:- Assessment of requirements- Definition of the main architecture of the communication buses, power interfaces and logic interfaces of the platform.- Elaboration of design documentation (Technical Notes includind thermal analysis, power budget, data budget and Delta V budget, Mission Design and Justification Documents, and Interfaces Control Documents)- ECSS tayloring for cubesat missions based on COTS.Technical analyses:- Development of a python tool to perform power and data budget analysis, using as input the csv output of the mission analysis tool.- Analysis of propulsive maneuvers with electric engine (orbital keeping, collision avoidance and deorbiting).Thermal control- Thermal analysis of cubesats in LEO orbit- Linear conductor (GL) estimation for thermal analysis- Thermal analysis before and after the TVAC test campaing.- Proposal of technical solutions related to heat dissipation in electronic devices (Mainly RF subsystems). - Conducting tests to characterise TIMs.- Characterisation of the space environment (Selection of the albedo , OLR and solar flux) following the Simple Thermal Environment Methodology.- Conception of the structure of the thermal model through independent files to facilitate version control vía git.- Development of a Python tool to generate the files involved in thermal analysis from the outputs of the mission analysis tool.
