Logistics duties include stock management, delivery coordination, vehicle and storage oversight, and quality control. In HR, handle recruitment, compensation and benefits, BPJS costing, labor law compliance, HRIS, and issue resolution. Cost control duties include managing COGS, waste and spoilage, expenses, and equipment. Also manage purchasing, including price control, negotiation, quotas, and substitutes.

Handle the HR needs of 200 employees. Responsible for organizational development, including structure, job descriptions, requirements, KPIs, SOPs, and ISO 9001 compliance for all divisions. Develop and manage the Human Resource Information System, monitor end-to-end recruitment processes, and provide all-employees mentoring, coaching, and counseling. Additionally, I implement competency-based human resources management across all divisions and conduct onboarding training to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee contracts. Provide counseling for troubled employees and handle payroll and BPJS administration. Additionally, I oversee building management and maintenance of vehicles, air conditioning, and lifts.
