Provide support for servers, network, infrastructure and major IT components. Functioned as Team Lead and assisted manager with coordination of team activity. Provide escalation support for issues on custom applications that cannot be resolved at help desk or desktop support teams. Also, provide developer support and manage development, test, staging and production server environments that host custom apps.
