Joined Fidelity through the acquisition of Vidtel.At Fidelity I continued the development and deployment of our video conferencing technology. We brought Fidelity from minimal and expensive usage of video conferencing via Cisco technology to the whole company embracing video on a daily basis. Usage went from hundreds of thousands of minutes per month to tens of millions of minutes per month. Ultimately lead the architecture for preparing and transitioning the company over to Zoom.Since transitioning from video conferencing my focus has been on transforming Fidelity's infrastructure observability and AIOps. In addition to observability I have been working on the data center and networking services team to facilitate improvements in operational readiness, agile methodologies and ITSM best practices.

At BroadVoice was responsible for the operations of the production VoIP service network and guiding the future technologies and projects, including carrier relations and interfaces, telephony systems, network administration, system administration and endpoint interoperability / management. At CTTEL was responsible for entire IT infrastructure including corporate telephone system (with call center), LAN management, third party vendor relation/interconnections and facilities management- Managed facility move including rebuilding significant portions of the IT infrastructure- Managed deployment of new IP phone system including an integrated Cisco Call manager / Interactive Intelligence call center- Managed upgrade of several external vendor provisioning interfaces for paging, mobile and landline services- Reduced staff 70% while increasing efficiency - Developed advanced system automation and integration, including mobile services

At RCN was responsible for building, deploying and managing nationally available web based systems for support of commercial sales.- Designed, managed development and deployment of web based order tracking and project management system- Migrated legacy Lotus Notes applications to new platform- Managed implementation of support ticket and escalation system for improved commercial customer services

At JavaNet when acquired by RCN.At RCN was responsible for the management and migration of all legacy systems from JavaNet IT and IS infrastructure to integrate in with new and existing central corporate systems.- Managed team of billing analysis and business operations for the first ISP to integrate into RCN corporate billing system, including the first corporate install of new ISP billing for RCN- Developed custom provision interface for automation of customer services from RCN corporate systems- Managed new facility build out, including IT systems, local networking infrastructure, office phone system and call center
