Daniel Goh was Assistant Director at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) with extensive experience in airport management, aviation security, commercial development, airport planning and international business. His core competencies include airport, aircraft and airspace security and he implemented most of the security measures that are still in place at Singapore Changi Airport after the events of September 11th, 2001.At L3 Technologies (now Leidos), Daniel spearheaded L3’s maiden foray into the Asia Pacific market as the Regional Managing Director, where he grew the business by ten folds between 2002 and 2009. Under his leadership, L3 successfully installed more than 1000 x-ray baggage screening systems at major international airports in the Asia Pacific region.Daniel joined American Science & Engineering (now Rapiscan) as its Regional Vice President & Managing Director in 2009 where he steadily grew the business by more than 20% each year from 2009 to 2016, while assisting governments to combat terrorism, human trafficking and narcotics smuggling. From 2016 to 2019, Daniel was Nuctech's Corporate Assistant President, responsible for strategies to bring the technological and economic benefits of Tsinghua University and Nuctech's cutting edge solutions to international customers in over 155 countries. He continued to advise Nuctech's management on strategic matters from 2019 to 2024. Since 2019, Daniel has been the Executive Director and Board Member of The Theatre Practice (Practice), Singapore's longest standing bilingual theatre, where he strives to ensure that Practice remains artistically diverse and relevant, always engaging with exploration of new frontiers, and work with local and international government agencies on matters related to funding support and cultural diplomacy.
