Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market. Assists in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated technology solutions. Technical emphasis is on hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integration. Makes technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management. Understands EMC and competitive technology and business applications within the assigned market. May assist in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as required. Conducts research, answers questions and removes objections that arise in a sales campaign. Applicable markets: Enterprise, Commercial, Partner, Specialist/Practice

• Implementation of Microsoft Infrastructure Services. Main projects are implementation of Active Directory and Exchange Server infrastructure in enterprise environment – in progress• One of the responsibilities is planning of SAN infrastructure for business continuity and disaster recovery – in progress

• Along with the Services Manager position, I also worked as a Company IT Manager. My main responsibilities as IT Manager were planning, implementation and maintenance of internal company infrastructure. Since Comtrade is the largest IT Company in Serbia, we had to follow new trends in ICT industry and to implement new services that would address the needs of all Comtrade’s businesses

Services manager: • During this period I worked mainly on large projects which commonly included storage systems implementation. Mostly I worked with mid range storage systems from different vendors (EMC, HP, NetApp, Fujitsu-Siemens). I was involved in presales processes as well as in implementation projects. Although I have always tried to maintain high level of professionalism, I developed good relations with the customers
