I was recruited to lead the Company’s Controllership team after becoming a Public Company, including implementation of new ERP, SOX implementation, first year of SEC reporting and highly transactional environment with a team over 20 individuals, interacting with the C-suite and presenting to the Board of Directors. Direct report to the CFO.- I led the organization through significant change. I drove strategic initiatives such as financial restructuring through a formal U.S. Court process, reverse stock split, debt refinancing, impairment assessments and tax planning, leading and coordinating both internal and third parties. - I optimized monthly financial close. Implemented process improvements as well as cross-functional change management to reduce financial closing time from 15 to less than 10 business days, including complex technical accounting topics as part of the quarterly financial statements. - I Implemented ERP system (Oracle Cloud) and ongoing integrations from supporting subledgers including AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. - I was heavily involved in Internal Controls adoption and Material Weaknesses remediation. - I increased operational efficiency during the first 18 months in the role, reducing departmental expense by 20% through optimization of processes, building strong interdepartmental relationships, reducing utilization of contract labor, leveraging new ERP system and developing a high performing team. - I oversaw SEC Reporting, taxes, internal and external audits, and other statutory audit requirements. - I had Board of Directors level interactions and involvement in strategic projects through regular presentations at the Audit Committee and Board of Directors level, such as acquisitions, divestitures, RIFs and integrations.

I was internally recruited to relocate to direct a portfolio of client audit engagements for mid‐size ($100M to $2B) privately held and inbound clients. I drove alignment and collaboration with client executives (C-level), audit staff, practice Partners and consultants, managing the entire audit lifecycle from design of initial audit plans through analysis and creation of complex financial records, communication plans and remedies, reporting of findings, advisory of accounting standards, and quality assurance. - I collaborated on the practice business development, increasing the practice business portfolio. - I lead multiple simultaneous audit teams reporting to various Audit Partners, ensuring successful client deliveries well as meeting internal quality standards.- I collaborated with PwC Partners on audits for public companies as subject matter expert (ASC 606, ASC 842).- I collaborated with Practice Partners in the US and Mexico on internal audit inspections (Quality).- I built high‐performing teams through coaching and effective talent management (Remote and in person).- I managed rapid shifts to remote audits during COVID‐19, while maintaining quality standards and team engagement, as well as "return to the office" strategies.

- I was seconded from PwC Mexico and rapidly promoted through successive audit leadership roles in PwC’s team servicing publicly traded companies, to direct audit strategy and operations on engagements. - I lead teams strengthening client resiliency, profitability, and compliance via the creation of audit plans, engagements, and executive reporting for clients across a variety of sectors in Ohio, New York, Indiana, and other states as well as Western Europe. - I led the identification and assessment of risks and controls, and recommendations of commercial, operational, and financial solutions in GAAP and IFRS.- I worked on engagements for clients in chemical manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and othercompanies with multinational operations.- I assisted clients through complex changes to tax codes and accounting standards.- I collaborated with Practice Partners in the US and Mexico on internal audit inspections.- I trained and developed audit team members on best‐in‐class audit guidelines as instructor in PwC Senior School.- I developed and promoted several high‐performing team members into elevated roles of increasedresponsibility.

I participated in onsite financial audit programs with domestic and international public and private clients in hospitality, aviation, logistics, and education. Audited and prepared financial statements in MFRS, IFRS, and GAAP.
