Application Support Analyst
Current- As an Application Support Analyst I am the technical and business function liaison between the CEA and Participating Insurer (PI). The role of the Pl Application Support Analyst is to assure that the Pl has the tools.
- Administrating all CEA production applications and tools offered to PIs. (Diamond by Insuresoft, Service Now, AD Manager)
- Act as liaison between PI’s and various 3rd party software vendors to insure applications are functioning as intended and presenting enhancement requests when needed.
- Provide support, issue analysis, and incoming ticket triage for all CEA PIs.
- Create power point presentations and present current case statuses to PI’s and stakeholders on a monthlybasis.
- Insure daily XML data files are received and properly imported into MS SQL environments andvalidated.
