Project lead in developing a new employer branding strategy to attract, find and bind Logistics employees. Developed new marketing materials (pictures & videos), new multi-lingual Career page and online Advertising campaign. Further: screening applications and organize Application Days. Result: created new candidate funnels and talent pools and closed the gap in employee shortage.

In the expansion of Picnic supported the Recruitment team in finding HUB Leads in Germany. From active sourcing, to interview phase and contract signing phase involved. Result: successfully found 16 HUB Leads for new locations.

Responsible for the Dutch, German and Export market together with a account manager. Making sure he has all the information and materials for the Customer, helping the Customer directly with his request and demand in cardboard Displays, making sure prototypes are developed, controling customer products and doing acquisition+after sales. As a freelancer i have done several projects, such as organising the intruductioncamp for the education Facility Management but also developing websites, advertise materials or acquisition for photoshoots.

As an internship i was a board member of the Arcus Facility Bureau ran by students. Our task was to set up this bureau and do internal facilitair work and organise several Events.
