In my current role, I actively contribute to the development and customization of LabVantage, utilizing my expertise in SQL and Oracle. I collaborate closely with diverse teams, translating their requirements into practical solutions to tailor LabVantage to specific client needs.I engage in a range of customizations, including but not limited to reports, dashboards, and various system enhancements. My proficiency in SQL and Oracle allows me to optimize data retrieval and processing, contributing to efficient and responsive systems.Additionally, I stay current with the latest features in LabVantage, strategically incorporating them into systems to enhance overall functionality. I actively contribute to troubleshooting and ongoing support, ensuring the smooth operation of LabVantage in client environments.

In this role, I was responsible for generating and executing validation protocols for both laboratory equipment and computerized systems. I diligently identified deviations and conducted root cause analyses, devising effective corrective actions to address them. Serving as the system Administrator and subject matter expert (SME), I oversaw all laboratory computerized systems and their connected equipment, ensuring their proper functioning.To enhance system integrity, I developed and implemented a comprehensive system for periodically reviewing user access and system audit trails. Acting as a liaison between the IT and Quality Control departments, I facilitated effective communication and collaboration.I also contributed to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and conducted end user training for LIMS applications, enabling smooth and efficient operations. Furthermore, I took the initiative to create an application that facilitated reporting, tracking, and trending of equipment failures, promoting proactive maintenance practices.

As a leader, I successfully managed a multinational team of experts in a comprehensive LabVantage LIMS validation project. Regular meetings were conducted on a daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis, depending on the project's progress. I took charge of administrative tasks related to the LIMS application server and database, guaranteeing their smooth operation. With careful attention to detail, I created, updated, and managed the master data essential for the LIMS application's functionality. Furthermore, I meticulously ensured the availability of all required resources to accomplish project deliverables.

I started my professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry as a laboratory technician, gaining invaluable experience in laboratory workflows and adapting to the stringent requirements of a cGMP environment. As a lab technician, I fulfilled diverse responsibilities ranging from maintaining clean glassware to conducting basic analyses, as well as handling preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of laboratory equipment. This role exposed me to LIMS software, particularly STARLIMS, where I actively participated in the validation process. This experience deepened my understanding of computer system validation and provided me with the opportunity to author my first validation documents.
