Primary responsibility is on-boarding of raw materials for Cosmetic and OTC Drug product manufacture. Created and/or revised over 2,490 raw material documents while in this role. Conduct routine and non-routine raw material, chemical and packaging testing/review including HPLC and GC analysis. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, and protocols. Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory forms. Maintained a safe work environment by conducting laboratory or plant safety audits. Performed lab testing on raw drug components, intermediates, and finished products. Managed dry chemical inventory and performed document changes. Used Alliance inventory management system and Access Data Base to make batch changes and responsible for Compendial testing.
