CEB is a global best practice insights and technology company that supports senior executives to improve business performance. After Melcrum was acquired by CEB, I accepted a contract position to lead various workstreams relating to the integration of the two businesses, including closing melcrum.com and the legacy CRM, migrating members to CEB’s online services and ensuring smooth transition of marketing.

Led global marketing team at Melcrum, a provider of training, events and membership services for Communications professionals. Managed a team of five direct reports. Part of leadership team that led business to a successful sale.

As part of an internal restructure, took on responsibility for the business’s marketing globally. This involved setting strategy, budgeting and managing the marketing team, with three direct reports.

Promoted into this newly-created role. I was responsible for the company’s sales and marketing activity for memberships globally. Included 3 months in Melcrum’s Australian office.

Following progression from entry-level position through to Senior Marketing Manager, I was responsible for marketing of memberships, subscriptions and research reports. Included 3 months in USA office.
